At Levi’s®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Levi’s® retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
